Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、眼球運動の制御の障害が読書困難の要因であることを前提として、視線視野計を用いて視線視野特性と読書困難との関連を調べる。また、眼科分野での先行研究で示されたフィルター使用による読書能力の向上が、どのような眼球運動制御能力の向上によるものなのかを視線視野計による検査によって明らかにしようと試みる。そのようにして得られた結果は、読書困難に対する発達・学習障害の分野での知見と、眼科分野での知見を架橋・統合するものになることが期待される。
