Outline of Research at the Start

脳・神経系の発達が著しい幼児期・学童期は、身体活動が「動きの巧みさ」の発達に非常に重要な時期とされる。これまでその評価としては動作の観察や体力運動能力テストが用いられてきたが、身体動作を司る脳・神経系に視点を当てた客観的指標に基づいた評価は行われていない。近年、神経学的視点からの評価としてコヒーレンス解析法により、簡便に、脳・神経系の活動を明らかにできることがわかってきた。そこで、本研究では、小児の動きと脳・神経系の機能の発育変化関係を縦断的に示す。さらに、体力・運動能力テストや身体調整力を示す全身反応時間とともに示し、子どもの運動能力の発育変化を総合的に明らかにしていくことを目的とした。
