Outline of Research at the Start

睡眠は心身の健康と豊かで活力ある生活形成の基盤を成す。忙しい現代社会において良質な睡眠を如何に獲得するかは本質的な課題である。本研究では、睡眠覚醒状態に応じて適応的に脳を刺激する系を構築し、適応的脳刺激が入眠促進効果を持つかを検証する。必要なときに必要な刺激を行う系を構築・活用することで、安全かつ効果的な睡眠改善技術の開発に取り組む。
