Outline of Research at the Start	小学校体育授業におけるゴール型ゲーム教材としてその有効性が検証されてきた学習指導プログラムについて、小学校教師とくに若手教師や新任教師の行う体育授業への適用可能性について検証し、そこから得られた結果を基に小学校教員を対象とした研修プログラムを開発し、その有効性について実際に研修を受けた教師の体育授業の分析を通して明らかにしていくため、以下の3点について検討する。 ①体育科を専門としない小学校教員および若手・新人教員へのゴール型ゲーム教材の適用可能性の検討 ②体育科を専門としない小学校教員および若手・新人教員のゴール型ゲームの体育授業改善を図る研修プログラムの作成 ③②で作成した研修プログラムの検証
