Outline of Research at the Start

本研究における主たる着眼点は、「眼」と「他者」は、それぞれどの程度、また、どちらがより強く、食べ物に対する感覚モダリティを変化させるのかという点である。そのため、本研究では、1)「他者の存在」は食行動に関連する感覚モダリティにどの程度影響を与えるのか、2)「他者の眼」は利己的行動にどの程度影響を及ぼし、その結果、感覚モダリティにどのような影響を与えるのかを学術的な「問い」として掲げる。そのため、他者の視線及び他者の存在が食べ物に対する評価及び食行動にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを検証する。
