Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では分泌タンパクであるレナラーゼの新たな受容体を探索することを目的としていく。in vitroで新規受容体候補を探索し、同定するとともに、生体内でもレナラーゼとその受容体が相互作用を有し、機能しているか明らかにしていく。本研究により、レナラーゼの新規受容体が同定されることにより、レナラーゼを標的としたさまざまな疾患の治療戦略の基盤的知見になることが期待される。
