Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、Cav1-C18欠失変異を利用したVSMC老化モデルを独自技術により構築し、網羅的解析からVSMC老化マーカーを探索する。さらに、大分大学大動脈バンクの粥状動脈硬化組織200例を用いた検証から、粥状動脈硬化を標的としたVSMC老化マーカーを同定する。本研究の成果は、血管老化を介した粥状動脈硬化メカニズムの解明に寄与し、新規治療戦略やバイオマーカー開発の一助となる。
