Outline of Research at the Start	適応障害は病態が複雑であり、病因や病態生理もいまだ不明な点が多く、治療法も非常に限定されている疾患である。これまで申請者らは、半夏厚朴湯がストレスホルモンであるコルチコステロンを曝露した神経細胞（ストレス適応障害を模したin vitroモデル）において、コルチコステロン誘発細胞死を保護することを明らかにしている。本研究では半夏厚朴湯の適応障害に対する治療効果、またその作用メカニズムを詳細に解明することで、ストレス刺激が誘発する適応障害に対して、安全性が高く、有効な薬物治療法の提唱を目的とする。
