Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、我々が開発した至適食品選択手法を異なる重症度や病態で収集し、疾患や病態ごとのデータ収集を行う。本データ収集から疾患ごとのデータベース化を図り、複数の疾患や病態で個々の嚥下能力に合致した食品選択が非侵襲的に可能となる基盤を構築する。
