Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①間欠的低酸素状態に加え、光遺伝操作法を用いて老年期に見られる呼吸調節異常を模したOSA動物モデルの構築を行い、②間欠的低酸素環境および、③VL照射による呼吸中枢に関わるニューロンネットワークの挙動を摘出脳幹標本の技術等を駆使して解明し、AHI改善のメカニズムに迫り、OSAの新たな治療法の確立を行う。
