Outline of Research at the Start	ネットワーク機器の遠隔管理にはインバンド管理とアウトオブバンド管理の２種類があるが，後者のための専用ネットワークを構築するにはコストがかかる．そこで本研究では，長距離通信が可能な無線通信方式であるLPWA（Low-Power Wide-Area）を用いて，少ない機器数で安価にアウトオブバンド管理ネットワークを構築可能とすることを目指す．具体的には，対話型操作コマンドの生起確率に基づくコマンド系列の符号化，および移動型ソフトウェアエージェントによる機器のマクロ操作の２つの方式の実現を通じ，100bps程度のLPWAを用いてアウトオブバンド管理ネットワークを構築するための基礎的な技術を確立する．
