Outline of Research at the Start	SSR（非線形状態空間再構成）を用いてデータ間の動的な関係性を定量化する手法を開発し、特にゼブラフィッシュの全脳の神経活動データ等の生命科学データから生体システムのダイナミクスを推定する。また、本手法の新たなワークフローや解釈を支援するインタラクティブな可視化システムをVR・AR技術を利用し開発することで、様々な自然科学データにおける生物のシステムの力学系解析適用のための基盤技術の構築を目指す。
