Outline of Research at the Start

転移性腎癌の治療は従来の分子標的薬に加えて免疫療法の併用など多様な組み合わせで治療が行われているが、5年生存率は約10％と致死的な疾患である。現在の治療はリスクに応じて医師が使用薬剤を決定しているが、効果が乏しい症例も存在し転移性腎癌患者における薬剤選択の指標作成は急務といえる。
そのため本研究では転移性腎癌患者の治療前CT画像を用いて適切な使用薬剤を推定することを目的としている。近年提唱されているRadiomics解析という医用画像の特徴量を網羅的に解析する新たな手法を用いて、転移性腎癌における適正使用薬剤やリスク層別化の予測を確立することを目指す。
