Outline of Research at the Start

Learning Health Systemは「医療の現場」より得られた診療の知識を迅速にフィードバックし、医療の質を改善するシステムである。我々はLHSの実践モデルとして医療のプロセスをOutcome、Assessment、Task（患者の望ましい状態、評価基準、医療行為）の最小単位（OATユニット）に分割・再構築し、効率的なデータ解析が可能となる電子パス (ePath)システムを開発・実装してきた。本研究では糖尿病外来診療をモデルとし、ePathシステム上でPHRにおける生活習慣情報と病院医療情報をOATユニットで構造化・融合した外来診療プラットホームの開発を目的とする。
