Outline of Research at the Start	天然変性タンパク質が注目され始め20年が過ぎようとしているが，近年，液-液相分離への関わりが発見され，更なる注目を集めている．タンパク質のアノテーションといえば，機能ドメインやモチーフを拠り所としているが，天然変性タンパク質の持つ天然変性領域は配列保存性が低く，機能アノテーションは立ち遅れている．本研究は，蓄積されてきた液-液相分離に関与する天然変性領域を，配列のアミノ酸組成等からクラスタリングし，分類されたクラスを基に天然変性領域に液-液相分離に関するアノテーションを付加しようとするものである．本研究が実現すれば，天然変性タンパク質の機能推定に大大きく貢献できる．
