Outline of Research at the Start	うつ病は身近な精神疾患である一方、個人に最適化された治療・介入戦略が確立されていない。その原因として、症状を基準とした現在の診断基準の限界が指摘されており、神経生物学的特徴に基づきうつ病や症状の類似する精神疾患の再定義が望まれている。本研究では、生命システムの異なる階層の情報を統合することにより、精神疾患の関係性を連続体（スペクトラム）として再定義するためのデータ解析手法の開発を大目標として設定する。具体的には、1) 安静時脳機能画像からの精神疾患関連脳機能回路の抽出、2) 遺伝的要因に基づく複数精神疾患の類似性・相違性の評価、3) 上記2つの融合による各個人の病状のスペクトラム化を実施する。
