Outline of Research at the Start

タンパク質内部立体構造における類似部分の同定による進化的保存部位の推定と，タンパク質の相互作用および機能に関する推定手法の開発を発展させ，特定のデータに依存しない高精度のタンパク質機能推定を実現する，深層学習とグラフ構造を活用した新たなタンパク質モデルを開発する．さらに開発したタンパク質モデルどうしの比較解析，およびタンパク質モデルのバイオマーカー探索への応用を実現させる．
