本研究の核心的な問いは「専門家の手を離れたＶＲコンテンツの制作・運用は可能か？」
である。
多くの自治体・団体で、ＶＲを利用した観光体験や科学教育の提供のアイディアはあるが、
それを実現するだけの予算・人的リソースが不足している。本研究によって、専門知識を必
要としないコンテンツ作成と運用ができるようになれば、このニーズに応えることができる
と考える。
