Outline of Research at the Start

浮遊電極付SDBD(surface dielectric barrier discharge)デバイスにおける全面プラズマへの移行メカニズムを解明し,これを可能な限り低電圧で生じさせる条件を見出す.次に,この放電様式を排ガスPM分解に応用し,その効果を明らかにする.この研究により,追加の高圧電源なしで,従来よりも低電圧・安全に大面積プラズマを生成させ,気中炭素粒子を高効率に除去分解することができる.本研究により,SDBDプラズマの広域化に対して付着物の影響が初めて詳細に明らかとなる.
