Outline of Research at the Start	環境負荷の低減技術と政策が地域経済や文化の関係性を明らかにするために、研究途上である基礎自治体レベルの産業連関表（以降、IOT）の作成手法を、確立することが本研究の目的である。基礎自治体レベルのIOTの作成にはいくつかの手法と課題があり、それぞれが簡便性、緻密性・再現性、柔軟性・汎用性、統一性・比較可能性など、様々なベクトルで特性を持つ。本研究ではこれらの手法の特性を網羅的に比較し、環境技術・政策の導入分析結果に与える影響等について、地域のステークホルダーと検討・議論することにより、地域特性に応じた環境技術・政策の選択に活用可能な地域レベルのIOTの作成・活用方法の提案を目指すものである。
