パリ協定において日本が国際的に約束した温室効果ガスの削減目標の実現には、個人および家計を対象に、より実効性のある低・脱炭素政策パッケージの導入が欠かせない。本研究は家庭部門に焦点をあて、低・脱炭素設備への投資意思決定プロセスを明らかにするとともに、低・脱炭素設備による産業構造や地域経済への影響と二酸化炭素排出削減の環境的影響を分析・推定し、最適な低・脱炭素政策デザインを提案する。
