Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、エコフットの概念と環境勘定の手法を応用し、地域の農業者による環境保全型農業を対象として、地域レベルでの環境保全型農業の取組が地球規模での持続可能な社会の実現にどの程度貢献しているかを、地域住民が明示的に理解できる持続可能性指標を構築することを目的とする。具体的には、農業地域を例に取り、エコフットの概念と環境勘定の手法を応用し、地域の農業者による環境保全型農業を対象として、地域レベルでの環境保全型農業の取組が地球規模での持続可能な社会の実現にどの程度貢献しているかを、地域住民が明示的に理解できる持続可能性指標を構築する。
