Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、インドネシアの住民自治組織である「町内会（Rukun Tetangga: 以下「RT」と略記）」に着目し、住民の個人データの収集・統合・分析・利活用という情報管理の役割を明らかにすることである。新型コロナウィルス感染症（以下「コロナ禍」と略記）への対応過程で、「小規模のコミュニティ活動の制限（現地語で「PPKM Mikro」と略称されている）」が導入され、RTを基礎単位とする感染者の情報収集と防疫活動が行われた。地域研究や防災研究における従来の見解を上回る程に、コロナ禍ではRTが情報管理で中心的役割を担った可能性があるため、その役割を実証的に検証する。
