Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題は、アフリカの社会開発にとって枢要な役割を果たすはずの国民国家制度に既定基準に照らし合わせて脆弱性があると分かった場合、どのように社会の安定と持続的開発を望むことができるのかを学術的に検討する。文化人類学や国際関係論、アフリカ地域研究における既存の諸議論を踏まえ、具体的な事例を取り上げて、考察を行うことを目的としている。具体的な事例として、２０２３年７月２６日に発生した、ニジェール共和国における軍隊関係者らによる現職大統領モハメド・バズムの拘束とクーデターを取り上げる。最終的には近年注目されてきているオルター・ポリティクスの議論に新たなる視点を投じることが期待される。
