Outline of Research at the Start	開発援助では伝統的に援助する側がされる側に、解決すべき課題の設定から解決方法まで細かく指導するHands-onアプローチが行われてきたが、非効率性と非持続性に悩まされてきた。これに対して、Hands-offアプローチは、援助する側が提示した「条件」を満たした援助対象のみに事後的に成功報酬が与えられるという、全く新しいアプローチである。本研究では、後者が、援助効果の持続性に対してどのような影響を有するのか、Conditional Cash Transfer（CCT）に焦点を絞り、家庭における飲料水処理支援を具体例としてRandomized Controlled Trials（RCT）で検証する。
