Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、現代スペインの17の自治州が個別に実践しているパラディプロマシーを比較分析し、パラディプロマシーが各自治州内の地域主義やナショナリズムの再編にいかなる影響を与えているかを多角的に考察するものである。とくにバスクとナバーラの自治州に着目し、パラディプロマシーが、ローカルな社会をグローバルな空間と直接繋げ、ローカルな社会の国際的プレゼンスを高めることで各自治州単位の地域主義を振興する一方、ナショナリズムについては、その領域性の再編を迫り、その主張を軟化・変容させる側面があるのではないかという仮説を、文献資料の解析ならびに政策立案/施策者に対する聴き取りを通して、検証していく。
