Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、産業政策がどうあるべきかを理解するための手がかりを得るべく、韓国半導体産業の事例を取り上げ、その発展において産業政策が果たした役割を明らかにするものである。先端技術分野では、巨額の資金と研究開発人材の確保が、企業の競争力形成のカギを握る。したがって、本研究では、これらに直接的な影響を及ぼす政府補助金（政府による資金供給、税制優遇、低利貸付、出資、物品サービスの提供など）と高等教育政策に着目し、各々どのような政策が実施され、企業の活動にどのような影響を及ぼしたかを検討する。
