Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、日本茶業・茶文化の多様な影響力、およびその限界性を、過去にさかのぼって分野横断的かつグローバルな視点から明らかにする。具体的には、これまでの茶研究で利用されてこなかった資料（地方文書や外国語資料など）を収集・整理しつつ、多様な研究分野（歴史学〔日本史・世界史〕・文学・文化研究）の視点からそれらを読み解き、検討することで、上記の目的に達する。そして、最終的にそれらの成果をシンポジウムの場で発表したり論文集としてまとめる。
