Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、70年代末以降今日に至る租税政策におけるサプライサイド減税政策の「粘着性」に着目し、カーター・レーガン政権期以降租税政策において租税政策の支柱をなしてきたサプライサイド減税政策が有する「粘着性」のメカニズムを解明する。
さらに、今日的視点からサプライサイド減税政策の特徴と限界を再評価し、それに代替しうるポスト・レーガノミクス時代に相応しい租税政策のあり方を構想する。
