Outline of Research at the Start	複数のリスクが絡み合った危機が加速度的に増加し、社会構造を見通した中長期の視点が重要になる。一方で、人道支援は外部主導で、緊急時の対応に注力される傾向にある。本研究では、支援の受け手の現地社会全体の視点からレジリエンス（危機からの回復力）強化のプロセスとその課題を明らかにし、外部支援者の捉え方の違いや人道支援の仕組みとのギャップを分析することで、レジリエンスを高める人道支援モデルを抽出することを目指す。
