Outline of Research at the Start	①訪日ベジタリアン等旅行者の食の満足度・ニーズに関する調査現時点における訪日回数，滞在日数などを踏まえ，台湾，米，豪の３ヵ国を調査対象とし，日本の三大都市圏と地方部の両方を訪れたことのあるベジタリアン等に対しWebフォームを用いたアンケート調査を行う。調査内容は，訪日時の食事満足度や日本のイメージ等とし，再訪日の意志などとの関連を分析する。 ②ベジタリアン等対応レストラン経営者の満足度・課題に関する調査国内のベジタリアン対応レストランの経営者に対し，郵送法によるアンケート調査を行い，経営者の満足度に関連する要因や課題を明らかにする。
