Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、観光において「ゲスト」と「ホスト」が接触する海外のボランティア・ツーリズム（以下、「VT」と表記する）に焦点をあてる。本研究課題の主たる関心は、複雑かつ流動的なホストーゲスト関係の実態を反映したVTの「評価枠組み」の構築をはかることである。近年のホスト－ゲスト論は、互恵的関係を形成するうえで、多様な主体が互いに教え、学びあう関係の構築が注目されるが、活動に対する「評価」では各主体内で完結する傾向がある。そこで、VTに関わる多様な主体間の相互作用を分析する「SOFARモデル」を活用することにより、各主体が参加できるような協働評価手法を開発し、実際のVTプログラムに実装・検証する。
