Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、「オンパク」手法の効果を検証することで、観光まちづくりを推進するために必要な要件を究明しようとしている。観光まちづくりは、一般的には地域資源の活用にポイントがあるとされるが、それが観光振興に有効であるのは、地域住民や事業者が協働して観光に取り組むことを通じて地域内の知識交流が促進され、それによって地域特性を保全・強化するためのイノベーションが持続的に発生するからだということを検証する。
