Outline of Research at the Start	コロナ収束後における観光産業の更なる発展には、旅館の人材定着と従業員のサービス能力の育成が必要である。体系的な人材育成がこの2つの課題に効果があることが報告されているが、中小規模の旅館では体系的な整備が進んでいない。我々は、これまでの研究で人材育成の3要素（計画性・マニュアル・組織コミュニケーション）が中小規模旅館に重要であることを見出したが、サービス能力に不可欠なおもてなしなどの暗黙知の習得プロセスと、人材育成の3要素の関係は不明である。そこで本研究では、中小規模旅館の人材育成において、重要な3要素を踏まえて従業員の暗黙知習得プロセスを解明し、体系的な人材育成モデルの構築を目指す。
