Outline of Research at the Start

2000年以降、日本各地で「地域芸術祭」が地域活性化の掛け声とともに開催されている。「アートネクサス」「観光ネクサス」とは、「アート的なるもの」「観光的なるもの」をめぐって、さまざまなモノやヒトがアクターとなってエージェンシーを発揮し、同時にその受け手となる連鎖を指す。そのアクターたちによって形成されるネットワークが「地域芸術祭」であり、芸術祭開催を契機にして地域における「観光人材・地域人材」の育成という成果が見られる。本研究では、「地域芸術祭」においてさまざまなモノやヒトが連鎖して「観光ネクサス」が生成する過程と、その生成に寄与する「地域人材・観光人材」が育成されていく過程を明らかにする。
