Outline of Research at the Start	国内自治体で実装が進む「デジタル参加プラットフォーム（DPPs ：Digital Participation Platforms）」について、現時点では、参加者数や取り扱われた施策の数など、プラットフォームの効果を中心から捉えきれない数字が評価指標として用いられている。本研究では、DPPs活用の定性的な効果を可能な限り定量的に示すことを目的に、欧州（フィンランド等）で先行して用いられている評価指標（インディケーター）を参考とする。また、日本国内ではDPPsを導入を予定している5つの自治体で、DPPsの利用前後で、アウトカム指標に関する住民調査を行い、分析を行い、評価指標の検証と提案を行う。
