Outline of Research at the Start	近年、職場における暴力・いじめ・ハラスメントによって精神障害や自殺に至り労働災害として認定される事案が急増している。しかし、ハラスメント加害行為に至る背景や要因、加害者自身の健康や生産性に対する影響は十分に解明されていない。そこで本研究は、労働者を対象にしたパネル調査（前向きコホート研究）を実施することにより、加害に至る①個人要因と②職場環境要因を明らかにすることによって、日本において社会的に問題となっている職場のハラスメント等の加害行為の要因と影響を多面的に分析・評価し、科学的根拠に基づいたハラスメント未然発生防止対策を立案することを目的とする。
