Outline of Research at the Start	本課題は、急速に少子化が進む韓国の外国人家事労働者雇用に関する研究である。韓国政府はフィリピンからの家事労働者を雇用することで、韓国人女性の労働参加や出産育児との両立をサポートし少子化解消につなげようとする一方、送り出し国フィリピンは家事労働者の最低賃金や労働者としての権利遵守を掲げてきた。両国の異なる利害がいかに二国間において折衝され、フィリピン人家事労働者の権利を決定しているのか考察する。フィリピンと韓国政府との二国間連携を東アジア諸国の市場依存型家事労働者雇用形態と比較することで、新たな受入れ国として浮上した韓国が地域的な移住家事労働者の権利処遇へ与える影響についても明らかにする。
