Outline of Research at the Start	日本特有の「歩きスマホ」というステレオタイプな社会認識が，モバイルヒトナビの発展と普及を妨げている．本研究では，この科学的根拠に乏しい否定的な社会認識に対処するため，安全性の確保を目的としてITの積極的な導入と活用を提唱する．安全なプロトタイプの開発と実証実験を通じて，技術面・科学面からの安全性を広く理解してもらうことで，誤解に基づく社会認識を改善し，正確な情報を広めることをめざす．さらに，モバイルヒトナビの適切な利用スキームを構築し，科学的に裏付けられた社会認識を形成することを通じて，「歩きスマホ」という誤解を招く社会通念を払拭し，モバイルヒトナビの発展への障壁を除去し健全な発展を促進する．
