Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、人口減少と高齢化が進む日本において、建築の活用を通じて持続可能な地域社会を形成するための一手法として、「コモンズ型による建築空間のウェルビーイングな再生活用と実体経済の活性化」に関する研究を行う。
研究においては、コモンズ化に向けた建築空間の再生活用法とプロセス、コモンズを運営するコミュニティを持続化させるウェルビーイングな方法、そしてコモンズを拠点とした経済圏域と実体経済の特徴を捉える。
本研究を通じて、特に地方や農村地域においてコモンズを拠点とした関係人口を増やし、人間社会の中で豊かに生きる活路や地域活性化策を見出すことに期待ができる。
