Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、オノマトペや比喩表現などを含む患者表現に対して、文の構成要素(主語、目的語、述語、補語、修飾語)、意味表現（症状、状態、身体部位、程度、時間など）、医療用語との対応関係の情報を付与することで患者テキストを構造化し、構造化した患者テキストに基づき症状言語化支援の手法を構築し、その有効性を検証した上で、様々な医療記録・報告書の自動生成に応用する道筋を明らかにすることである。
