Outline of Research at the Start

The applicant will induce blood vessels from the chick chorioallantoic membrane to the semi-closed chambers on the artificial eggshell of a chick embryo. Gonadal constructs with blood vessel penetration will be built in the semi-closed chambers by using gonadal cells from donor chick embryos.
