Outline of Research at the Start

虚血性創傷が慢性化・難治化しやすいのは低酸素状態が治癒の機序を阻害することに起因するが、創面環境の虚血に介入する簡便で標準的な治療法は確立されていない。本研究では、創面の酸素化により治癒を加速可能な創傷被覆材として、ヘモグロビン(Hb)を原料とした超分子ハイドロゲルを構築し、その有効性を動物試験により確認する。
