Outline of Research at the Start	膀胱癌は、国内罹患数2万/年に対し手術件数が8万と多い。これは、再発を特徴とする疾患であることに加え、現在の術式（分割切除）は一回の手術でがんを取り切れないことがあることも影響している。したがって患者、医療者双方にとって負担が大きい。一回の手術でがんを取りきる手術（一括切除）は推奨されているものの、既存のデバイスでは困難であり普及しておらず、アンメットニーズとして解決されていない。本研究では、一回の手術でがんを取り切ることができる新規デバイスを開発し、有用性を評価する。
