Outline of Research at the Start

悪性腫瘍治療後の微小残存腫瘍病変（MRD）の代理指標として血中腫瘍由来DNA（ctDNA）を用いた研究が多くなされているが、本方法は現状では原発腫瘍の全ゲノム解析と症例毎のDNAパネル作成が必要であり非常にコストがかかる．本研究において、操作が容易で汎用性に富み非常に安価である希少細胞回収用濾過膜（S-MPF）を用いて末梢血循環腫瘍細胞（circulating tumor cell: CTC）の検出力の評価および肺癌進行度との相関を解析し、これまでのCTC検出法と比較することでバイオマーカーとしての有用性を評価し費用対効果に優れたMRDを対象とした肺癌周術期治療対象患者選定法の確立を目指す。
