Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では高齢者施設の入所者と介助者を対象とし、津波、水害時に施設の階上に避難をする場合を想定し、介助を伴う避難行動の方法を提示し、介助を伴う避難行動を支援するシステムを開発する。介助を伴う避難行動の方法の提示内容は「介助人数」、「介助・移動方法」、「避難済み者の把握」とし、支援するシステムが喪失しても運用可能とする。介助を伴う避難行動を支援するシステムは、ICT（情報通信技術）によるインカム、音声認識処理を用いて、「介助者間の連絡・情報共有」、「避難経過時間、避難者数の確認」、「避難行動の判断を支援する情報を提供」の機能を避難行動の方法に付加する。
