咽頭・喉頭がんによる喉頭全摘出後には，発声や排泄に特有の問題を起こし易い。シャント発声者に対しては，これまでに呼吸リハビリテーションの効果検証は行われず，また便秘症に対する排泄リハビリテーションも行われてこなかった。そこで，本研究では，シャント発声者における既存のがんリハビリテーションプログラムに，呼吸リハビリテーションと排泄リハビリテーションプログラムを加えた，シャント発声者に適したがんリハビリテーションプログラムを新たに構築することを目指すために，効果検証を行う。
