Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、変形性関節症者の進行を予測、予防するための指標である関節モーメントを推定するためのシステムの構築を目指す。システム構築は、①少数の慣性センサを用いて推定するための方法を確立、②確立した推定方法をもとに歩容のの介入方法に対する検証、③より簡便な方法として、スマートフォンに内蔵されているIMUセンサにおいて推定検証にて進めていく。本研究により、日常的に関節モーメントの推定ができれば、早期からOA発見、進行予防のためのリハビリテーションの介入が可能となり、要介護者・要支援者を減らすための一助となりうる。
