Outline of Research at the Start

近年、文化の現場における、文化権に限らない人権そのものをめぐる議論に注目が集まるようになってきた。これまで文化権研究に取り組んできた申請者の研究方法を、文化権に限らない人権論全般に拡張することで、文化政策研究の立場から従来の法学の人権研究とは異なる視座を提示できるのではないか。本研究の目的は、文化の現場で芸術実践に取り組む関係者の人権に対する問題意識に申請者が答えていく作業を通じて、主に法学で構築されてきた従来の人権論をとらえなおし、文化政策研究からみた新たな人権論を構築することである。
