Outline of Research at the Start	丁寧体・普通体といったスピーチスタイルは，現実には複雑多様に使い分けられるが，これを日本語学習者が使いこなせるようになるためには，スタイルについて学習者が自ら自分の知識とのギャップに気づき，理解していける自律的な学習が求められる。これを促す教室指導を行うには，まず学習者がスタイルに対しどのような認識を抱いているのかを把握する必要があるが，この点に関する知見は不足しており，スタイルの有効な指導法も確立されていない。そこで本研究では，学習者を対象に，スタイルの認識とその日本滞在にともなう変容を調査した上で，授業実践を通して学習者のスタイルに対する自律学習能力を促す指導法を開発する。
